There is nothing as important as teaching the kids how to come home to a place of wellbeing. And teaching them that it is a “steady resolve” is important as we don’t get to feeling frustration to satisfaction at once.

Teaching them gentle inner dialogue has value without limits.

It could sound like … Im ok, I can feel it but frustration, though im ok. They didn’t know any better, but I can still be kind to myself. I know I will feel a bit better soon, and im learning to like myself even more! Maybe I could even smile, just a little. I know I will get a bit better….As their focus changes, so does their emotions
